mission, impact, & stewardship overview:

Operation Redwood Foundation exists to restore strong, grounded men so families, communities, and the most vulnerable are better protected.

We started Redwood after seeing a growing gap. Many men want to lead well as husbands, fathers, and contributors to society, but lack clarity, formation, and accountability. When men drift, families weaken. When families weaken, communities suffer. And when communities fracture, vulnerable children pay the highest price.

Redwood exists to address the root, not just the symptoms.

what we do:

Operation Redwood is a nonprofit men’s movement focused on leadership formation, identity, and responsibility.

Our work centers on:

  • Men’s leadership development through live events, curriculum, and facilitated experiences

  • Identity and purpose formation, helping men move from passivity to intentional leadership

  • Community and accountability, creating spaces where men are challenged, supported, and called to a higher standard

  • Strategic partnerships that extend our impact beyond men’s lives into family stability and child protection efforts

We believe strong men create better husbands, fathers, leaders, and stewards. When men are aligned, everyone downstream benefits.

FUNDING:

Why This Matters

The challenges facing families today are relational, moral, and leadership-based.

Men are often overwhelmed, isolated, or unclear about their role. Many are capable but disconnected from purpose. Redwood addresses this by forming men who take responsibility for their lives, their homes, and their influence.

This is not about motivation. It’s about formation.

How Funds Are Used

Approximately 80% of funds are deployed toward mission-critical programs and partner-led initiatives supporting the rescue and rehabilitation of trafficked victims.

The remaining funds go towards sustaining responsible operations and long-term organizational health.

Financial support allows us to operate and expand in the following key areas:

1. Programs and Events
Funds support the planning and execution of live events, leadership gatherings, curriculum development, and scholarships that make participation accessible to men who otherwise could not attend.

2. Strategic Partnerships and Impact Initiatives
A portion of funds supports partner organizations working in areas such as the rescue, rehabilitation, and long-term care of trafficked and vulnerable children. Redwood views this as a natural extension of our mission to protect and restore.

3. Operations and Infrastructure
This includes staffing, compliance, technology, insurance, and systems required to operate with excellence, accountability, and legal integrity as a nonprofit organization.

4. Growth and Sustainability
Funds also support outreach, donor development, and strategic planning to ensure Redwood can continue serving men and communities for years to come without compromising its mission. Sustainability allows us to steward the mission well.

Our Commitment

Operation Redwood is guided by a set of core values everyone in the organization lives by.

We are committed to:

  • Financial transparency

  • Ethical leadership

  • Clear alignment between values and action

  • Long-term impact over short-term visibility

Every dollar entrusted to Redwood is treated as a responsibility, not an entitlement.
