Operation Redwood is a non-profit organization calling men back to identity & alignment.

We create powerful live events and conferences that challenge men to lead themselves well, lead their families with conviction, and live aligned with how they were designed to live.

The Problem We See:

“Too many men are carrying weight in silence.”

They’re working hard, showing up physically, but feel disconnected from purpose, identity, and direction. Marriages feel strained. Fatherhood feels overwhelming. Faith feels distant or performative.

What we do:

Operation Redwood hosts immersive men’s events and conferences designed to awaken identity, forge brotherhood, and restore clarity.

Through teaching, challenge, conversation, and shared experience, we create spaces where men can slow down, take an honest look at their lives, and choose a better path forward.

Our gatherings are not about hype or motivation. They are about alignment, responsibility, and transformation that carries home.
